Virgin Red is the loyalty programme that links all of the Virgin Group companies together; from Virgin Money, to Virgin Wines and Virgin Atlantic. Virgin customers can earn points for spending money with any VCo and use those points for discounts at any other VCo, as well as take advantage of exclusive offers, perks and access to events.

I worked across much of the platform for the web roll out, with much of my work focussed on improving content relevancy on the homepage, earn and spend pages, as well as improving the global navigation across Virgin Group web sites (not just Virgin Red).
